Once your payment has been verified, it may takes up to 24 hours to process and dispatch your order, exclude weekends and holidays. Purchase made after 5pm GMT will be count as the following business day. Please refer to information below for shipping fees and estimated shipping time. 

 

Shipping 

Ross Rino offers free shipping to any order within United Kingdom and Hong Kong. We do shipping to all countries and free shipping will apply to any purchase above £100 in any other countries. 

Returns

At Ross Rino, we are very confident in our watches quality and hence provide 3 years warranty to our customers. However, if you are not happy with your watch, all unworn watches can be returned within 14 days of purchase by contacting Ross Rino Customer Service (info@rossrino.com).
Please do not return any good before receiving a confirmation email from Ross Rino Customer Service. Cost of shipment to Ross Rino will be on buyer's side.

    Express delivery ( 2-3 working days) - £25 or free of charge on orders over £200

  • Hong Kong
    Standard delivery ( 7 - 10 working days ) - Free
    Express delivery ( 2-3 working days ) - £20 or free of charge on orders over £200

  • Rest of the World
    Standard Delivery - ( 10 - 14 working days ) - £20 or free of charge on orders over £100
    Express delivery ( 2-3 workings ) - £25 or free of charge on orders over £300
