3 years warranty and 2 years free battery replacement

In order to provide customers with the most confidence in Ross Rino products, all Ross Rino watch is guaranteed for 3 years warranty and 2 years free battery replacement from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship.  

Although quality control at Ross Rino is at a very high standard, extreme cases in manufacturing defect do sometimes occur. Of any manufacturing defects within the warranty period, you can either visit us or send your watch to our repair centre along with a completed Ross Rino Repair Form. Please note that defects arising from accidental damage, lack of care, misuse of the watch, normal wear and tear and unauthorised service are excluded. Glass, case, crystal, strap and bracelet are not covered in Ross Rino warranty. The Watch will be repaired or replaced free of charge if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. 


However, Ross Rino is sincere to take care of our customers. Therefore we do provide repairing services at our repairing centre provided that parts are available despite warranty period have over with an appropriate labour fee and components cost.  

*Please note: In order to claim warranty you have to make sure you have your warranty card with date of purchase for approval from Ross Rino.
